1.     I want to apply for a Chinese visa, where can I find the application form?

2.     Can I complete the application by handwriting?
——No, all answers on the application form must be finished by typing
except signature.

3.     I already booked my trip, can I apply for a rush service?
——No, we do not offer any rush or express service only if the
applicant has a medical issue (with doctor's evidence). All other
issues will not be considered as emergency situation.

4.     How to apply for a Chinese visa? What other documents do I have to have except an application?

We do not accept Mail-in application. The application mistakenly sent to us will be returned. We may need you to send us a prepaid envelope for us to send it back. To check the status of the mistakenly mailed in document, click on: https://goo.gl/XAaggZ

An expired US passport with a valid Chinese visa is good for travelling to China provided it is used together with a new valid US passport bearing the same name, sex, date of birth and nationality. If any changes are made to the above mentioned information on the new passport, a new visa shall be applied.

5.     How long can I get my visa done?
——4 working days but if the case has been rejected, you still can pull
out the passport without a visa and free of charge.

6.     Can I mail my application to your office or when the visa is ready can you mail back my visa?
——No. No mailed application will be accepted and we do not mail back any visas.

7.     Do I have to drop off the documents in person or when the visa is ready, do I have to pick it up by myself?
——No, you can authorize any one to take your behavior.

7.1   Do you have authorized travel agent working for the Chinese visa?
——No, we do not authorize any travel agent working on the Chinese visa. We do not recommend any agent for any applicant. If you need to find one, you may search on line.

8.     Is an appointment necessary for visa?
——No. Walk in during business hours will be accepted.

9.     I am a U.S citizen; do I need a visa to go to Hong Kong ?
——With a U.S passport, the applicant could stay in HK for up to 90
days visa free.

10.   If I am a non-U.S citizen, what extra documents do I need other than the U.S citizen?
——You have to show your legal residency in U.S (visa or permanent
resident card).

PS: The consular officer will reserve all rights about any interview
or additional documents!
